Base pay range : $37,000.00 / yr - $48,000.00 / yr

BachToRock is a family-owned, growing enterprise focused on Music Education. We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Site Director in daily operations. Ideal candidates are goal-driven, energetic, team-oriented, passionate about music and education, responsible, dependable, customer-centric, and understand retail dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily music education operations
  • Supervise student arrivals and departures
  • Support instructors with teaching activities
  • Maintain schedules for classes, staff, and students
  • Handle enrollment, scheduling, sales, and billing
  • Manage inventory levels
  • Ensure facility cleanliness
  • Open and close the school timely with other management
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Greet and communicate proactively with customers
  • Create a welcoming environment
  • Assist with expanding the music education business
  • Conduct facility tours and explain our philosophy
  • Stay updated on curriculum
  • Follow up with prospects
  • Support marketing events
  • Assist in student recruitment and retention
  • Teach lessons as needed and approved

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Logistical problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management and organization
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work required hours

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Experience in business management or retail sales preferred but not required
