Operations Manager Dunkin' is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our location. Responsibilities

• Job Description : Assist the General Manager in managing store operations and staff on a daily basis.
• Execution of Company Policies : Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and local laws and ethical business practices.
• Team Management : Select, orient and train crew members.
• Leadership : Lead by example and promote a positive work environment.
• Crew Development : Provide guidance and support to help team members grow in their roles. Requirements
• Experience : Previous experience in restaurants or managing teams required.
• Skillset : Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
