Contract Review Attorney (Part-Time Remote Temp-to-Hire)

A well-established organization (confidential) is seeking a Contract Review Attorney with deep experience in government contracting, FAR / DFARS compliance, and subcontractor negotiations . This is a remote, part-time role with the potential for long-term engagement.

Key Details :

• 10+ years' experience reviewing and negotiating commercial / government contracts
• Skilled in drafting subcontracts, task orders, and amendments
• Familiarity with RFPs, cost-plus / time-and-materials contracts, and federal procurement regs
• Must be comfortable working independently and interfacing with internal stakeholders
• Flexible 10-25 hours / week depending on volume
• Fully remote
• Temp-to-hire potential based on performance and organizational need
