Job descriptionProvide comprehensive family medicine services to beneficiaries on an outpatient basis Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, pediatric care, and reproductive health services Address mental health and substance use treatment needs Perform in-office procedures and manage urgent care cases Manage cases related to mental health, chronic pain, and chronic disease Care for a diverse patient population, including pediatric and adult patients Must have 1-2 years of Tribal Health experience Required certifications : Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Required board certifications : Family Medicine, Urgent Care Must hold a valid Montana license Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities Whether you need long term coverage for your practice, short term vacation coverage, or anything in between – you can trust Barton Associates to provide the flexible staffing solutions your organization needs to thrive. About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 70-day locum tenens assignment in Montana. This role starts on Dec 15, 2025, and offers 12-hour shifts, Thursday through Saturday. The ideal candidate will bring 1-2 years of Tribal Health experience and be comfortable handling both family practice and primarily urgent care cases in an outpatient setting.
