Overall Objective :
To successfully produce, monitor and update planning schedules, for a large number of reactive and planned sewer inspections, remediation and scoping activities being undertaken concurrently.
Key Accountabilities :
- Handle information from multiple sources in order to efficiently manage works schedule
- Proactively liaise with operational teams across the framework to obtain progress information
- Reporting on completions and outstanding works
- Liaising with the Streetworks Co-Ordinator to gain an understanding of what is required to plan works
- Logging traffic management and customer requirements with the appropriate team
- Updating Esh and client corporate IT systems, for example uploading CCTV footage, CC&B and Maximo.
- Assisting the wider team when required, to support absences or incidents.
- Liaising with the Esh Customer team, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered.
- Ability to update customers on entry dates and managing expectations.
- Build stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
