The Work :

• Ensure the safety of client employees, state employees, and contractor employees.
• Act as the owner's representative in all matters related to the project, overseeing and managing all project staff, daily field and office activities, and all ancillary functions of the project.
• Support client executive management in the execution of the project.
• Monitor the project schedule and budget, reporting as required to client executive leadership, and manage the project to maintain quality, schedule, and budget.
• Assist in the oversight of all engineering, construction, quality, safety, environmental, third-party, and community outreach functions.
• Represent the client in the community and with public agencies, maintain the project safety culture, and provide oversight to ensure zero lost-time incidents on the project.
• Protect the interests of the traveling public and the client at all times.
• Ensure conformance with all client contract documents.
• Perform constructability reviews and provide comments on design packages.
• Onsite at client site : The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
• With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.

$150,000 - $175,000 a year Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
