We are offering up to $2000 sign on bonus for LPNs.

Iroquois Skilled Nursing Community is a premier healthcare provider in Central New York. We are a 160 bed long-term and rehab skilled nursing facility. Our professional staff provides superior quality of care and clinical excellence to residents in Central New York.

Presently accepting applications / resumes for a full-time or part-time LPN.

20% SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL FOR EVENING AND NIGHT SHIFT!

The successful candidate will pass medications, provide medical treatments to residents within scope of practice and assist team members as needed.
