Associate Attorney

A top AmLaw firm is looking to add a Securities and Capital Markets Associate to its growing team. This role can be based in Charlotte or Richmond and offers a hybrid work model and highly competitive compensation .

3-5 years of experience with securities, capital markets, and transactional matters

Strong background advising public companies on reporting obligations and capital markets transactions

Barred in NC or eligible to waive in
