Job Details

RN with experience in the cardiac cath and possible ep experience.

Knowledge of structural heart, endovascular and pci / cto.

Must have prior experience in a high acuity lab, knowledge on drips and different equipment used in the lab.

Job Requirements

American Heart Association certifications only.

Primary Source Verification of professional license and / or certification.

Temporary Licenses are NOT accepted – must have a valid permanent license.

Proof of vaccine series or completion and approval of client medical or religious exemption form preferred, not required.

Positive MMR titers ONLY from within the last 15 years; boosters and titers protocol.

Fit Test completed within 1 year, updated annually.

Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination form accepted; positive titers also accepted within 15 years.

Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire if applicable.

Positive Varicella titers ONLY from within the last 15 years; boosters and titers protocol.

Proof of Tdap vaccination within past 10 years.

Annual Negative PPD if 2 step PPD not done within past year.

Educational, employment, and professional verifications.

Skill specific requirements, competency exams, and core competencies completion.

Physical Exam statement signed proving ability to work without restrictions.

Influenza Vaccine; exemptions require approval and documentation.

Additional Details

Background checks, drug screening, and compliance module completion required.

Various certifications and health history documentation as specified.
