Our client is a manufacturer of specialty chemicals. They are currently hiring a hands-on Plant Manager that would like to grow with the company. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with the ability to gain the respect of other plant personnel and be involved in all aspects of the plant.

As a Plant Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company environmental, safety and health standards / policies
• Achieve project or dept. objectives within agreed time, cost, & quality parameters
• Develop, create, and complete plans and capital projects as needed
• Coach and develop employees

Salary Range : up to $180,000 + up to 40% year end target bonus
