Position Overview : Profession : Physician Specialty : Traumatic Brain Injury / General Medicine Default Rate Type : Daily Emergency / Temp Privileges : No Shift Type : Days Shift Description : PRN Basis : As needed basis Shifts : TBD Half Day : 4 hours or less Full Day : 4-8 hours Job Details : Start Date : ASAP - Ongoing Board Certification : Required Certification Eligibility : Board Eligible State License : South Dakota Duties and Responsibilities : Perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams. Conduct interview-based assessments with physical evaluations including range of motion and muscle strength testing. Evaluate traumatic brain injuries and other neurological conditions. No prescribing or treatment required. Utilize a Goniometer for assessments. Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions required. Proficiency in METs testing and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions. Must own a personal laptop (NO Apple Laptops / MACs). Training provided for all Reporting / Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs). Submit Reporting / DBQs within 48 hours upon exam completion, adhering to standardized form requirements. Evaluations to be completed in provider portal and records are reviewed.
