Role Overview

As a Line / Prep Cook, you’ll be a key part of our daily operations—helping to prep, cook, and execute our menu to standard during service. You’ll work closely with the Sous Chef and CDC to maintain prep systems, keep the kitchen clean and organized, and deliver excellent food in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.

This is a great opportunity for cooks who are looking to hone their skills in a serious kitchen that values technique, sharpness, and seasonality—but doesn’t lean into toxic or ego-driven culture.
