Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - South of San Jose, CA

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

Weekly Compensation : Up to $3,160 (Based on Experience)

Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a local travel assignment just south of San Jose , CA. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare facility while staying close to home. Whether you're a seasoned traveler or new to contract work, we provide unmatched support every step of the way.

Job Description :

  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Use evidence-based practices to restore function, relieve pain, and improve mobility
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and prevention strategies
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapists to ensure quality care
  • Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Education & Certification Requirements :

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program - Required
  • Current California PT License - Required
  • BLS Certification - Required
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
