What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial real estate property, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any unusual conditions.

Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and visitor movements as required by site procedures.

Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergencies by following established protocols and assisting with evacuations or other emergency response activities as needed.

Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to tenants and visitors.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
