Service Admin

Job Summary

The Service Admin is responsible for reporting work tickets and technicians time into QuickBooks and customer tracking systems while overseeing the daily interactions with specific customer accounts, as well as assisting Service Manager with a variety of assignments.

Essential Job Duties :

• Work with a select set of customers to ensure billing is done accordingly.
• Support Service Manager with monthly credit card receipts and invoicing.
• Assist with existing and potential new customers.
• Responsible for communicating with customers to schedule work for technicians and dispatching personnel as needed.
• Provide assistance in billing customer accounts.
• Responsible for pulling technicians time and processing in Track, assigning work order numbers, and allocating time for each technician.
• Work with clients to ensure invoices are correct and Service Entry Sheets (SES's) are created.
• Responsible for billing all customers and ensuring all invoices are submitted on time.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure work tickets are received on time.
• Responsible for scheduling Safety Council and DISA.
• Position may require working overtime, as directed and approved by the Service Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
