Job descriptionDirects and coordinates all operations for a manufacturing plant. Reviews production costs and efficiencies. Implements necessary changes. Implements quality control procedures to ensure a consistent and high quality product. Maintains an operational schedule to deliver on time. Develop capital expense ROIs and recommendations. Develop the annual operations budget to include all salaries and expenses. Directs the continuous improvement programs. Responsible to ensure that employee safety and concerns are addressed effectively. Develops and implements standard procedures to include preventive maintenance plans. Responsible to implement all operational employee training. Be a "hands on" and people orientated manager.
