Warehouse Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming shipments, inspecting items for damage and accuracy.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately, ensuring timely dispatch to customers.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout to optimize workflow.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies or issues to management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
