Job Description :

We are a internet service provider mainly for multi-family housing, think high rises and apartment complexes. We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a past working for a cable / satellite installer, low voltage tech or IT installer. Youll be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting hardware and network problems.

• Install and basic troubleshooting network switches and wireless APs
• Install and maintain battery backup systems / UPSs
• Work with end users to help them connect a wide range of customer devices to the network
• Work with network engineers remotely to troubleshoot more complex problems.
