Position Overview

The Heavy Civil Project Manager will oversee and manage large-scale civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating resources, managing project schedules, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution phases for heavy civil construction projects.
• Manage project budgets and financial forecasts to ensure profitability.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Oversee the scheduling of project timelines and monitor progress against milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and present project reports to clients and stakeholders.
