Quality Operations Role At Sharonville Transmission Plant

This is a quality operations-based role that supports our Sharonville Transmission Plant which builds the transmissions that go into our top selling Ford products such as Super Duty, F-150 through F-750, Expedition, Navigator, Transit, Commercial Vehicles (U-Haul, Buses) and many more. Our plant also builds BEV Ring Gears that support the new electric F-150 lighting. This is an outstanding opportunity to be a member of the Site Quality team and assist in reimagining how Quality lends support to the manufacturing team, as we modernize the plant floor with new technology to reduce complexity and increase efficiency.

In this position...

As a member of the Plant Quality team, you are directly responsible for maintaining the computer-based gauging systems that keep manufacturing production lines running. Your job responsibilities will require you to provide support that include technical troubleshooting, data analysis & problem resolution for the applications & infrastructure that the plant uses to produce transmissions for Ford and Lincoln vehicles globally.
