Senior IT Manager

A company is looking for a Senior IT Manager who will lead IT Care Domain initiatives and manage technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide subject-matter expertise and management across various technical disciplines

Manage and coach other people managers while overseeing operational plans

Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

4+ years of related work experience, including direct people management

3+ years of supervisory / management experience

Bachelor's degree in a related IT field or equivalent work experience

Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Experience mentoring and coaching other leaders
