Job descriptionObtain and compare bids for maintenance and improvement projects. Coordinate and oversee scheduled maintenance and repair work. Serve as primary contact for community vendors and contractors. Create and maintain project punch lists and completion schedules. Oversee placement of signage and other community displays. Assist with updating the community website and managing social media content. Communicate effectively with the Board, residents, and service providers. Must have a general understanding and hands-on experience with maintenance (spalling, concrete, building, irrigation, etc.). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and vendor coordination abilities. Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Comfortable using computers, including websites and social media platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- At least 2 years in project management, property management, or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Full-time; Contract
- Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM
