Residential Maintenance

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Mobile Residential Maintenance Person to join our team, serving the Metroplex area of Texas. The ideal candidate will have their own reliable work van or truck, possess a set of basic tools, and have comprehensive knowledge and experience in performing minor home repairs, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform a wide range of minor repairs in residential properties, including houses and apartments.
• Repair leaks, unclog drains, replace faucets, and perform basic plumbing maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, and replace light fixtures, switches, and outlets.
• Handle minor carpentry tasks such as repairing doors, windows, and trim.
• Patch and paint walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed.
• Conduct routine checks and repairs on household appliances.
• Perform tasks such as gutter cleaning, fence repairs, and minor landscaping.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and report major issues to management.
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents, addressing maintenance concerns promptly and effectively.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications :

Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm

Salary : $55k annual salary + $1k car allowance

Location : Dallas / FW Metroplex area
