Job descriptionCompetitive salary based on experience + $15,000 sign on bonus Excellent benefits and PTO (Health, Life, Dental, Vision and CME coverage) Up to $20K for relocation Full-time, 4 days per week, 8AM-5PM NP will work in the Berlin location Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - Colebrook location on Tuesdays APP will see an adult population Nurse Practitioner will join a high functioning pain management team providing office based pain management to new and established patients Board certified Nurse Practitioner / NP, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner / AGNP 2+ years experience in pain management
