Schedule Details : You will work night shifts with rotating 8 and 12-hour shifts, every third weekend, and holiday rotations.

Unit Overview : Join our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit focusing on a diverse patient population including :

• Post-operative craniotomies for various surgical interventions
• Spinal surgeries including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar
• Patients suffering from hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes
• A high volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients

As part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII), you will have access to the latest surgical techniques and advanced patient care.

Your Role : As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include :

• Delivering and coordinating comprehensive, evidence-based patient care
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for safe and compassionate care
• Applying clinical judgment and critical thinking to support patient outcomes
• Enhancing patient experience across the care continuum

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess patient needs and implement care plans
• Recognize changes in patient conditions and adjust care plans accordingly

• Lead care teams and foster collaboration among team members

Qualifications :

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience preferred
