Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools to monitor and improve product and process quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introduction (NPI) to ensure quality requirements are met from design to launch.
• Manage supplier quality including qualification performance monitoring and issue resolution for incoming materials.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
