Lead HVAC Installer

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation of HVAC systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC / R principles, schematics, and design to ensure efficient and effective system performance. As an HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in providing quality service to our clients while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Duties
• Install and maintain heating and air conditioning systems
• Ensure all installations meet industry standards and comply with local codes.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Drive company vehicles to job sites as needed.
• Skills
• Proficient in HVAC / R installation techniques and practices.
• Ability to maintain high-quality standards while working under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

We have offices in Milton and Freeport and are hiring for multiple positions in both locations. We have been taking care of Northwest Florida for over 40 years and need new team members to help us continue to grow in our community.

We also do residential and small commercial new construction from tract housing up to custom geothermal and variable refrigerant flow systems. Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
