Job descriptionDeliver hands-on care in four Level-III NICUs Manage care for approximately 1,700 NICU admissions and over 10,000 births annually Provide advanced neonatal interventions, including high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, and total body cooling for HIE Participate in the neonatal transport program and coordinate emergency stabilization and care Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive care Engage in continuous quality improvement, mentorship, and ongoing professional development Support families through the NICU journey in a compassionate, communicative manner Various shifts and locations.
