We have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position :

Home Health Occupational Therapist PRN-Part time

Job Description : As a home health Occupational Therapist, your responsibilities will be to assess the patient's condition and initiate start of care face-to-face visits, perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and mobility / function review, evaluate strength while setting goals to improve these areas, report patient progress to patient / caregivers / physician / agency office as needed, and provide supervision and competency checks for COTAs as appropriate.

Job Requirements :

Current FL State OTR license is required

Now hiring in : Lake, Sumter, Citrus, and Hernando, Counties

We serve the following counties : Lake, Sumter, Citrus, and Hernando

Job Type : Part-time, Per diem, W-2
