J. Morrissey is seeking a highly organized and professional, and empathetic Office Manager to support a well-established local organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, client-facing environment and is comfortable managing sensitive information.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and organization
Serve as the first point of contact for clients in person, via phone, and email
Schedule and coordinate service vendors and third-party partners
Maintain accurate records and input data into internal systems
Manage and safeguard confidential information
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of administrative or office management experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience coordinating with vendors or managing time-sensitive logistics is a plus
