Key Responsibilities :
- Perform all duties of a Nurse / Clinical Tech and Patient Care Specialist as outlined in relevant job descriptions.
- Provide clinical and administrative support, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage X-Ray orders to ensure timely completion and submission.
- Assist patients with proper positioning for exams to guarantee diagnostic quality.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.
- Conduct initial reviews of exam images for providers and send final images for over-read by Radiology groups.
- Label images accurately and confirm the absence of removable artifacts.
- Perform minor maintenance on X-Ray equipment and report malfunctions promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the X-Ray room to avoid cross-contamination.
- Engage in patient triage by recording vital signs and clinical history, and perform basic nursing tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols by wearing monitoring badges.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new employees, introducing them to team members and clinic processes.
- Foster positive relationships with team members and patients, promoting a friendly work environment.
- Adhere to organizational standards and core values emphasizing teamwork, communication, quality of care, and friendliness.
Qualifications :
Current ARRT License (Registered Technologist) and state certifications as required.Active, verifiable licenses in good standing with regulatory agencies.TB and IV Certification to be obtained within 60 days of employment, if applicable.Education and Experience :
High School Diploma or equivalent, with specific experience requirements varying by level of certification.1-7+ years of direct patient care experience based on certification level.Additional Notes :
