We are seeking a dedicated R.N to join our home healthcare team . The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess the necessary skills to provide high-quality medical assistance.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions
- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings
- Assist with medical procedures such as dermal fillers and laboratory tests
- Implement infection control measures to ensure a safe environment
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
