The Challenge (Job Summary)

As a professional counselor, you have the opportunity to live our core values every day by helping our patients in all walks of life, providing high quality care, working with an excellent team, being a trusted resource for our patients and team members, and having an impact in the community through our engagement and volunteer efforts. In addition, the ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients identify goals and potential solutions to problems, seek to improve communication, and promote optimal mental health.

Your Day to Day & Essential Functions :

• Develops a therapeutic relationship with each client
• Provides individual, group or family therapy as needed
• Provide CPST and minor case management functions if needed
• Completes all paperwork required by the agency within designated time frames

Working Conditions & Physical Demands : Normal office environment. Work is typically performed at a desk or table requiring the use of standard office equipment. Intermittent sitting, standing and stooping. May view computer screen for long periods of time. Work may be stressful at times. Interaction with others is constant and interruptive.
