Seeking a Primary Care Physician for a community health center in Chatsworth, Georgia. Join an excellent Federally Qualified Health Center that is the only non-profit organization with a full time medical and dental staff providing care in north Georgia. Highlights :

The family physician will be part of the primary care team, working closely with other physicians, behavioral health, clinical and support staff in a team-based approach. This is a four-day clinical workweek with light call responsibilities. Excellent compensation model without the responsibility to see a high volume of patients.
