Akron Children's Pediatrics (ACP) brings pediatric primary care for babies, children, and teens to many northeastOhio communities through our40+pediatric offices. We are seeking a part-time physician to join our established Ellet practice of 4 experienced pediatricians as the office continues to expand. This is an outpatient opportunity with shared after-hours call and half day Saturday's. Calls only reach the physician after being screened by our excellent after hour's nurse triage phone line which handles more than 90% of the calls. This is a busy existing practice that welcomes new graduates or established providers to step into a practice that they can continue to develop and grow .

This position is a 501(c)(3) site which qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness through the Federal government.

Our offices follow standard hospital-based policies, while retaining the local culture of each practice. Our physicians enjoy the use of EPIC as a system-wide integrated electronic health record. Our primary care offices are all PCMH certified. The

Patient-Centered Medical Home is a model of care that puts patients at the forefront of care. PCMHs build better relationships between people and their clinical care teams. Research shows that they improve quality, the patient experience and staff satisfaction, while reducing health care costs.
