Front-End Engineer - Institutional DeFi Liquidity Layer

Location : Remote - US - Would consider South America & Canada (Preference for onsite / hybrid in LA)

We are an on-chain financial infrastructure company building the liquidity layer for the tokenized economy, backed by leading investors. Our flagship protocol connects tokenized assets and high-quality stablecoins to enable 24 / 7, real-time, compliant capital movement across blockchains. We are seeking a Front-End Engineer to design and build the user experiences that power institutional DeFi, working with production partners including major financial institutions.

You will lead the development of user interfaces for our protocol's web and mobile products and dashboards, spanning swaps, liquidity management, and analytics. This role requires translating complex blockchain and financial interactions into beautiful, intuitive, high-performance interfaces for sophisticated financial users. You'll join a small, high-velocity team, shipping code daily and defining the future of on-chain institutional finance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build : Develop and maintain front-end applications for swap functionality, protocol dashboards, partner portals, and integrations.
• Design Collaboration : Implement clean, responsive, and intuitive UI / UX for institutional users managing liquidity, balances, and transactions.
• Integrate : Collaborate with backend and smart contract engineers to surface real-time blockchain data via ABIs, APIs, and SDKs.
• Optimize : Ensure high performance and security across devices and browsers; optimize data-heavy interfaces for simplicity, speed, and reliability.
• Systematize : Help define our design system, component library , and internal UI standards for future product lines.
• Collaborate : Partner cross-functionally with product, BD, and compliance teams to translate user needs into production-ready features.
