• . This is a full-time leadership role responsible for overseeing food service operations, regulatory compliance, and ensuring exceptional care and service to our residents.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Lead and manage the
• daily operations of the dietary department
• Supervise and support dietary staff, including
• employee scheduling, interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure
• regulatory compliance
• with state and federal long-term care guidelines
• Complete
• nutrition-related documentation
• , including MDS and dietary assessments
• Oversee
• food ordering, inventory management, and cost control
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to meet residents' dietary needs
• Maintain a
• positive, professional work environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and department head meetings
• Utilize dietary and administrative software confidently
• Qualifications :
• Active
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)
• credential
• Previous long-term care experience required
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience in a food service setting
• Excellent understanding of
• dietary documentation

• Proficient in computer use and dietary software systems
