Responsibilities

As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic retail location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible and approachable. This position is both armed and involves driving responsibilities. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication, responding promptly to any security-related situations as they arise. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, taking action as necessary based on established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any security-related incidents or hazards encountered during patrols to Allied Universal and / or client management as directed.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors by providing information and directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Maintain awareness of the surroundings and communicate any concerns regarding security-related matters to the appropriate personnel.
• Participate in emergency response activities, including evacuations and / or lockdowns, in accordance with site procedures.
