As a Resident Coordinator, you’ll help ensure our Family Medicine Residency Program runs smoothly. In partnership with HCA / Healthcare / Tufts School of Medicine : Portsmouth Regional Hospital Family Medicine Residence, the resident coordinator will be an integral part of the residency team in supporting the Residents, Faculty and Providers

🔍 What You’ll DoDevelop, manage, and update scheduling templates for residents, providers, and preceptors.
Coordinate staffing needs while balancing educational requirements and clinical demands.
Partner with HCA / Healthcare / Tufts School of Medicine : Portsmouth Regional Hospital Family Medicine Residence and GSCH sites to maintain accurate schedules for 12 residents across 3 locations.
Work closely with clinical staff to refine workflows and processes.
Prepare agendas and take detailed minutes for residency program, provider, and operational meetings.
Support resident onboarding, training coordination, and event logistics.
Maintain confidentiality at all times and uphold GSCH’s values and professional standards.
Complete additional duties as needed to support the residency and clinical teams.
⭐ What You BringRequired :
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Advanced computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple priorities
Commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity
Preferred :
Two-year Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience in scheduling, administrative support, or a clinical / educational environment
