Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst. Pricing Analyst. Sales Operations Analyst. NextStep Recruiting is working with a fantastic manufacturing organization in the Dallas, TX market that is looking to hire a financial analyst to concentrate on the pricing and margins of its products. The Pricing Analyst will manage and update the pricing lists, perform variance analysis on pricing and margins performance, work with the sales team on new contracts and their impact, etc. Candidates should have :

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 1+ years of financial analysis experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Great communication skills, collaborative attitude
• Any experience in a manufacturing or CPG, or distribution type of industry is a plus
• SAP experience a plus
