A company is looking for a Finance Counselor I to assist students in navigating the financial aspects of higher education. Key Responsibilities : Provide inbound and outbound phone coverage to assist students Apply financial aid, billing, and registrar policies in student interactions Document student interactions and participate in outbound calling campaigns Required Qualifications : Successful access to the National Student Loan Data System and a background check Experience in a customer service-related field Completion of some college credits Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace 1+ years of related experience in financial aid or higher education preferred
