We are seeking a seasoned litigation attorney with the drive, intellect, and discipline to excel in a high-performance environment. This position offers the opportunity to take immediate responsibility for significant cases and work directly with the firm’s senior counsel on complex, strategic litigation matters.

• About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling all phases of litigation — from initial pleadings through discovery, law and motion, mediation, and trial. You will be expected to manage your own cases, interact directly with clients and opposing counsel, and consistently deliver superior written and oral advocacy.

This position is full-time, in-office (Tarzana, California). Remote or hybrid work is not available.

• Key Responsibilities
• Independently manage and litigate cases through trial and appeal.
• Draft and argue complex motions, including dispositive and evidentiary motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Oversee and execute all aspects of written discovery and case development.
• Collaborate closely with senior counsel on trial preparation and strategy.
• Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of solid civil litigation experience in California courts.
• Proven record of excellence in legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy.
• Exceptional analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple active matters.
• Strong professional integrity and dedication to client service.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.

Compensation and Performance Expectations

• Salary Range : $135,000 – $180,000, depending on experience, performance, and litigation track record.
• Billable Requirement : Minimum of 1,800 billable hours annually, with discretionary bonuses for exceeding performance targets, successful outcomes, and demonstrated initiative.
