Job Title : Lease Administrator

Duration : 6 Months

Location : San Jose, CA (Hybrid)

Pay Rate : $45.62 / hr.

Job Description :

In this role, you'll manage lease data, payments, and compliance with precision—while also supporting cost savings initiatives and acting as a connector between landlords, project teams, and facilities. If you thrive on detail, accuracy, and collaboration, this role offers the chance to make a global impact every day.

• Lease documentation & database
• Review, abstract, and maintain accurate lease records (visual lease).
• Audit and reconcile lease data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Track critical dates (renewals, expirations, escalations) to keep the business ahead.
• Please make sure that the processing and reconciliation of global lease payments are done.
• Verify invoices for rent, cam, property taxes, and other charges.
• Support cost savings initiatives through invoice audits, property tax appeals, and recovery strategies.
• Track and collect tenant improvement allowance reimbursements.
