Job description

Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health & AI. This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We are unencumbered and will need your contribution to make it a world class engineering center with the focus on excellence.

As a Principal Technical Program Manager in the Oracle Health’s Agent platform team, leveraging your broad technical knowledge and leadership skills, you oversee projects of varying scale, identify future opportunities, enhance processes, and guide the technical direction of your programs. The team has been actively working on several highly impactful, Large Language Model (LLM) powered Health AI product initiatives, which span multiple, dynamic science and engineering teams within the organization, as well as Agent development teams both within and outside the platform org. In this exciting, high-stakes role, you will strategically drive the AI-first electronic health record creation, centered in voice first and agentic LLM based technical stack.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams and key product leadership to effectively harness data and advanced systems, accelerating the rapid development of complex, cutting-edge AI models.
  • Ensuring seamless, efficient access to high-quality, reliable data for a variety of AI-driven tasks, while carefully managing critical cross-team dependencies in the AI development lifecycle
  • Drive essential product and model launches, working meticulously to secure approvals and maintain accountability at every step.
  • Consistently assess, track, and proactively remediate any safety or fairness risks.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in program management
  • 8 years of experience working with machine learning and artificial intelligence products
  • 2 years of experience in data analysis
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with quantitative analysis and cost-effectiveness assessment techniques and data quality metrics for AI products.
  • Experience in technical program management in AI or data-centric projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and convey project status to diverse audiences.
  • Past artificial intelligence product development experience
  • Experience with conversational AI technical stack

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

    US : Hiring Range in USD from : $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    8. Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
