We’re looking for a finance professional who thrives on streamlining operations, enhancing controls, and driving measurable impact. As a Senior Finance Process Analyst , you’ll lead process improvements across R2R, P2P, O2C, and product costing-helping us build a more efficient finance operation
- . Your primary responsibility will be to streamline current financial processes and design scalable solutions that will support business growth.
What You’ll Do
Own and optimize core finance processes (Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), product costing)Identify inefficiencies in the core financial processes and lead workshops to reimagine workflowsSupport finance teams with reporting accuracy and system troubleshootingImplement automation tools that reduce manual effort and improve complianceDrive adoption of new tools through training and documentationEnsure alignment with SOX, audit, and internal controlsFinance Process Optimization & Analysis
Lead redesign of core finance processes : Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Management, and product costingIdentify bottlenecks, manual workarounds, and opportunities for simplification and automationFacilitate workshops with finance stakeholders to align on process improvements and business outcomesReporting Integrity & Systems Enablement
Troubleshoot system issues and support finance users with training and documentationPartner with finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across dashboards and close processesCollaborating with IT, finance owns the process, performance, and outcomesFinance Automation & Tool Adoption
Evaluate and implement automation tools that reduce manual effort and improve complianceMaintain dashboards and trackers that support audit readiness, close efficiency, and operational KPIsSupport pilots and rollouts of finance-owned technologies (e.g., FloQast, Workiva, Planful)Project Leadership & Change Management
Translate finance needs into scalable process solutions-no coding requiredLead cross-functional initiatives with procurement, accounting, and shared servicesDrive adoption through clear documentation, training, and stakeholder engagementContinuous Improvement & Governance

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field5-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business process analysisProven experience in operations finance, supporting process improvements and business growthExperience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud, Global Shop Solutions)Familiarity with finance tools (FloQast, Workiva, Planful)Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Costing, and General Ledger (GL)Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsCPA or similar credentialYou’re a Great Fit If You…
