Travel Cath Lab Technologist – Bronx, NY

Assignment Length : 13 Weeks

Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025

Shift : 8-Hour Days (Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours / week)

Care Setting : Acute Care

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced travel Cath Lab Technologist to provide support in a high-volume acute care facility in Bronx, NY .

Position Overview :

Conducts specialized cardiac catheterization procedures and assists with electrophysiology and peripheral vascular studies

Collaborates with the procedural team to ensure safe and efficient patient care

Prepares and maintains equipment, ensuring functionality and compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

Assists with patient preparation, draping, and post-procedure care

Key Responsibilities :

Review physician orders and protocols; select appropriate equipment for procedures

Assist with patient positioning, monitoring, and procedural support

Calibrate and maintain Cath Lab equipment; perform preventive maintenance

Document all procedures accurately in EpicCare Inpatient EMR

Adhere to all hospital, state, and federal safety and infection control standards

Provide education and guidance to support staff and new team members as needed

Requirements : Required :

2+ years experience in a Cath Lab setting

ACLS & BLS certification

Experience in acute care procedural settings

Comfortable with Epic EMR charting

Preferred :

Experience with EP and peripheral vascular procedures
