Systems Application Analyst Senior

Responsibilities

• Act in a lead and / or supporting role on projects of various sizes executed utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Represent client voice for user friendly and intuitive application design and requirements.
• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and products.
• Create test plans, test scripts, coordinate and execute user acceptance testing.
• Create procedures and train support groups on new products and enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between client group, technology group and production application support.
• Provide production and business support and problem resolution for the supported applications.
• Perform disaster recovery testing. Effectively works in a team environment and independently.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office / Access / SharePoint.
