Torch Technologies is seeking a Collateral Security Manager to support the Joint Counter small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Office (JCO) Director, Deputy Director, and Secretariat Division Chief. The JCO serves as a focal point for the Department of Defense to synchronize and integrate C-sUAS efforts for all C-sUAS stakeholders (Office Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Services, and Inter-Agency). The incumbent will provide a variety of security functions to enable the JCO to effectively implement and maintain its security posture and manage the secure facility and personnel.

As a Collateral Security Manager your duties will include the following, but not limited to :

• Coordinateand monitorhighly sensitive aspects of the DoD, DoE or other industrial security program and other security activities, ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures that are non-IT related
• Ensure the proper implementation and application of DoD security policies and procedures.
• Incoming and outgoing government civilian, military and contractor visitor control through DISS and the VAR process.
• Maintenance of PERSEC, INFOSEC, PHYSEC, OPSEC and COMSEC programs.
• Control of classified information including receipt, distribution and storage.
• Coordinate security requirements for military, government and contractor personnel.
• Support the establishment and maintenance of requirements for the operation of secure facilities.
