Description :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mid-Senior UX Designer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in both research and design (UX / UI) of digital products such as software or enterprise software. This role requires a proactive individual with the versatility to lead and collaborate in various aspects of the design process, from user research to delivering pixel-perfect UI designs.

Top 5-7 Skills :

• Expert proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and creating responsive UI designs.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Scaled Agile work methodologies and JIRA.
• Proven experience designing user interfaces for AI-centric products in collaboration with data science teams.
• Strong skills in conducting user research, usability testing, and documenting findings.
• Ability to create and deliver pixel-perfect, responsive UI designs compliant with ADA Level AA and HFI best practices.
• Proficiency in facilitating design conversations, workshops, and user feedback sessions.
• Experience using and working within an established Enterprise Design System (EDS).
