Senior Human Resources Consultant

A company is looking for a Human Resources Outsourced Senior Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with the HRO team to enhance client services and develop proposals and processes

Administers employee benefits programs and optimizes HRIS systems for clients

Creates HR reports, onboarding processes, and documents such as offer letters and performance plans

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field

PHR / SPHR or SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP certification, or equivalent

3-5 years of experience in human resources or organizational development

Experience in consulting or as an HR business partner

Familiarity with various HRIS platforms and client relationship management tools
